Which gift cards can I sell?
Open "Sell a gift card" in the app to see every card we currently buy and its live rate. Rates can change during the day, and the rate you see when you submit is the rate you are paid.
How long does approval take?
Most cards are reviewed within 30 minutes during working hours. You get a notification the moment your card is approved and paid, or if there is a problem.
What happens if my card is rejected?
You will always see the reason, for example an unreadable photo or a card that was already used. Fix the issue and you can submit again.
How do I withdraw my money?
Add your bank account in the app, choose an amount and confirm with your PIN. The fee and processing time are shown before you confirm.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Some actions, like withdrawing to your bank, need a quick verification: a photo of a government ID and a selfie. The app tells you before you start if a step needs it.
Can I buy airtime or data for someone else?
Yes. Enter any Nigerian phone number, choose the network and amount, and pay from your wallet.
How is my account protected?
Logging in on a new phone needs a one-time code sent to you, every payment needs your 4-digit PIN, and you can see every transaction in your history.
