Delete your account

You can delete your Zecorax account in the app (Profile › Delete account) or here, without the app.

What happens

• Your account is deleted after 30 days. Logging in before then cancels it.
• We erase your name, phone number, email, ID documents and selfie, bank account details, gift card photos and codes.
• We keep a record of past transactions, without your name, for as long as the law requires.
• Your wallet must be empty and nothing can be in progress (a gift card in review, a withdrawal on its way).
